GENERAL RESERVATION INFORMATION

 

• Reservations begin Monday, April 7, at 10 a.m. for those attending the full program from June 6 to June 14. Partial attendance reservations won’t begin until May 15 or later. If you make a reservation for the full program, there will be no refunds for partial attendance after the fact.
   

• Please register all occupants of your site individually within your reservation request. For safety considerations, the county requires us to report the occupancy of our events in an emergency.
   

• Please be sure all your account information is up to date.
   

• Meal tickets will be available for advance purchase on June 4 at 9 am by calling Sandy Leski at 480-991-6777 Ext. 147.
   

• Note: If you are an Arizona Conference employee, Sandy Leski will contact you with your accommodations.

 

RV/TENT RESERVATIONS

• Reservations can be completed with our online registration process by clicking the link above.

• If you don’t know your username or password, please click on the ‘Forgot your login information?’ link.  CABIN RESERVATIONS MADE ONLINE WILL NOT BE RECOGNIZED.

• For RV and tent, same site preference from 2024 will be honored for the first two weeks of registration if:

  • 1)  the same site is specified in your registration preferences (this does not apply to Knob Hill location)

  • 2)  the site is available for use
     

• After April 21, reservations will be assigned first-come-first-serve, taking RV size into consideration.
   

• Once you have been assigned, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation by email.
   

• If you are unable to complete an RV/tent reservation online, call 928-445-2162, and we will be happy to help you by phone. It’s busy, so please leave a message, and we will put you in a queue to return a call.
